Hi, I’m Lucy Pach, originally from Venezuela, and now based in Atlanta.
I discovered Pilates while searching for a way to feel stronger, improve my posture, and reconnect with my body.
After taking one class and immediately fell in love — not just with how it made me feel, but with how it gave me my freedom back.
I realized that if Pilates can do that for me, it could definitely do the same for others. And that’s what inspired me to become an instructor.
It changed how I move through daily life. I finally felt strong, supported, and free in my own body. Through my certification, I’ve guided dozens of clients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them improve strength, posture, and confidence in their movement.
