If you’ve never done Pilates before or want to build a strong foundation, Flow 1 is your starting point. We move at a pace that lets you learn proper form while building strength and mobility safely.

Ready for more challenge? Flow 2 incorporates balance work and strength challenges while maintaining our gentle approach. Modifications are always provided so you can work at your level.
